Refund policy
If the goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit however your purchase must be accompanied by proof of purchase and any claims should be raised with Guide Gear within 28 days of receipt of goods.
Items that have been used, worn or are not in original condition cannot be refunded or replaced.
All special orders are non refundable and non returnable unless faulty.
If you have paid for your goods by cheque, refunds will be applied to a Girl Guides WA Store gift card. All other refunds will be refunded through the payment method used to pay for the sale.
