Terms of service

Online orders are to be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) when placing the order. Guide Gear in-store payment facilities include EFTPOS (Visa or Mastercard), Cheques or Cash.

All Prices are in Australian Dollars and, where applicable, inclusive of GST. Any fees and charges (including delivery fees) also include GST where applicable.

Guide Gear accepts orders via our online store, mail or phone and endeavours to process all orders with in two days of them being received, excluding weekends and public holidays. If necessary, you may cancel all or part of your order, provided you contact us before the order has been fulfilled and posted.

Guide Gear will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order.
